Introduction

This policy applies to livyrablossom.com and everything connected with it: shopping, accounts, support and reviews. By using the site you acknowledge that you have read this policy. We process personal information in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly and information generated by your use of the site:

  • Contact and delivery details: name, mobile number, e-mail address, delivery address (and optionally your National Address).
  • Account details: login credentials, saved addresses and language preference.
  • Order details: the products and packages chosen, prices and offers applied, discount codes, order number and status, and your order history.
  • Payment details: the payment reference, its status and the payment method used (never full card details).
  • Business invoicing details when a tax invoice for a business is requested: business name, VAT number and commercial registration number.
  • Customer-service interactions: messages, tickets and their content.
  • Reviews and any optional photos attached to them.
  • Technical data: device and browser type, IP address, pages visited, and session and cart identifiers.
  • Referral data: the discount code or referral link associated with a marketing campaign when one is used.

Account and order information

We use account and order information to create, process and deliver your order, communicate with you about it, issue invoices, provide support and keep your order history in your account. You can shop as a guest, in which case we keep only the information needed to fulfil the order and keep its record.

Payment information

Livyra Blossom does not store full payment card details. Sensitive payment information is processed by the approved payment service provider on its secure page. We keep the transaction reference, its status, the amount and the payment method for order confirmation, refunds and accounting reconciliation.

How we use information

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • Fulfilling your order: checking availability, determining prices and offers, processing payment, preparing and shipping, and communicating order status.
  • Managing your account, providing support and answering your questions.
  • Meeting legal and accounting requirements, including issuing invoices and keeping their records.
  • Protecting the store and its customers from fraud and misuse, and preventing accidental duplicate orders or payments.
  • Improving the site and the shopping experience using aggregated usage data.
  • Sending marketing messages where you have agreed to receive them (see Marketing and communications).

Order fulfilment and shipping

To deliver your order we share your name, mobile number, delivery address and the order contents with the fulfilment warehouse and the delivery courier. They use this information only to prepare, deliver and communicate about your shipment.

Service providers

We rely on trusted service providers who process information on our behalf and only to the extent needed to provide their services, including:

  • The online payment service provider.
  • The storage and fulfilment warehouse and delivery couriers.
  • The accounting and e-invoicing system.
  • Hosting and technical infrastructure services.
  • Customer-service and communication tools (e-mail and messaging).
  • Measurement and analytics tools, which run only after you consent: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (Google) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft).

Service providers are required to protect the information and not to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Accounting and e-invoicing

Order and invoice details (customer name, order details, amounts and VAT, and the payment reference) are recorded in the accounting and e-invoicing system to meet invoicing and record-keeping requirements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to reconcile payments and refunds.

Marketing and communications

We distinguish between two kinds of messages:

  • Transactional messages about your order or account (order confirmation, payment status, shipping and delivery, replies to support requests, and review invitations after delivery). These are sent as part of your dealings with us.
  • Marketing messages (offers and product news). These are sent only with your consent or according to your preferences, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the message or by contacting us.

Placing an order does not constitute consent to receive marketing messages.

Referral codes and campaigns

When a discount code or referral link associated with a marketing campaign or partner is used, we record the order's association with that campaign to measure its performance. A referral link is remembered in your browser for a limited time through a cookie that contains only the campaign identifier.

We do not share your personal information (such as your name, mobile number, address or order details) with partners or influencers; they see only aggregated figures about their own activity (such as the number and value of attributed orders).

Reviews and customer-uploaded photos

Adding photos to a review is entirely optional: you can submit a review with no photos, a before photo only, an after photo only, or both. When approved for publication, the photos appear with your review on the product page under the display name you chose.

Please do not upload photos you do not have the right to submit, photos showing other people without their permission, or photos containing unnecessary personal information. Unnecessary metadata (such as location data) is removed from photos before they are stored and published; originals are kept in a private, non-public storage area, and only approved content is published. You can ask for your review and photos to be removed at any time.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies to run the site: keeping your shopping cart, your account session, your language preference, a limited-duration cookie that records a referral link when one is used, and your cookie choices. These are always on because the site cannot work without them.

Nothing optional runs until you choose. On your first visit a "Your privacy choices" bar lets you accept all, reject optional cookies, or choose each category:

  • Analytics (Google Analytics 4): counts visits and purchases in aggregate so we can understand how the store is used. We send pseudonymous identifiers, page addresses (with any tokens or order numbers removed) and events such as adding to cart and completing a purchase; we never send your name, e-mail, phone or address. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
  • Experience analytics (Microsoft Clarity): records anonymised clicks and scrolling on public product and information pages only, with all text and form fields masked. It never runs on account, sign-in, checkout, payment or partner-portal pages. Data is kept according to Microsoft's published retention periods.
  • Advertising (Google Ads): cookies that measure whether our adverts lead to visits and orders, and that may be used to personalise ads. Off unless you switch it on yourself; accepting analytics never switches it on.

These tools are loaded through Google Tag Manager, which itself is loaded only after you consent to at least one category. You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page; the change applies immediately to anything collected afterwards. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect the cart and your account.

Information security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections to the site, restricting data access to those who need it for their work, and storing original review photos in a private area. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please keep your login details confidential.

Data retention

We keep order and invoice records for as long as accounting, tax and record-keeping rules require. Account information is kept while your account is active, and support information for as long as needed to handle and follow up your request. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed for the purposes described.

Your rights

Under applicable regulations you may:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you and request a copy.
  • Ask us to correct or complete inaccurate information.
  • Ask us to delete your information where there is no legal or contractual reason to keep it.
  • Object to marketing messages or withdraw your consent to them at any time.
  • Ask for your review and photos to be removed.

You can exercise these rights through your account or by contacting us using the details below; we will respond within a reasonable time after verifying your identity.

Children's information

The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if we become aware that we have, we will delete it as soon as possible.

Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version is published on this page with its last-updated date, and we recommend reviewing it periodically.
