The online store at livyrablossom.com is operated by Livyra Blossom ("the store", "we"), Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia — Commercial Registration No. 7051528029, VAT Registration No. 314202702100003. These terms apply to every visit to the site and every order placed through it.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site or place orders. The Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Exchange Policy and Payment Policy form part of these terms.

The site is provided for personal, non-commercial browsing and purchasing. You must be of legal age to enter into a purchase contract, or use the site with the consent of a parent or guardian.

You may not use the site in a way that breaches applicable laws, harms the site or its users, attempts unauthorised access to its systems or data, or uses automated means to collect its content.

You can shop as a guest or through an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide (name, mobile number, e-mail, delivery address), for keeping them up to date, and for keeping your login details confidential.

Incorrect or incomplete details may delay or prevent delivery. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We take care to keep product descriptions, ingredients and images accurate and clear; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Our products are skincare cosmetics, not medical products, and are not a substitute for medical advice. Results vary from person to person depending on skin type and consistent use. We recommend a patch test on a small area of skin before first use and checking the ingredient list if you have a known sensitivity.

All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include 15% VAT. Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown separately, and the final total is displayed at checkout before payment. If you request a business tax invoice at checkout, the listed prices exclude VAT and 15% VAT is added; the total including VAT is shown before you pay.

Prices may change from time to time; the price shown when you place your order applies. If an obvious technical pricing error occurs, we may contact you to correct it or cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

From time to time we may run temporary offers on packages or bundles, or issue discount codes. Each offer is governed by the terms displayed with it (for example its duration, the products included and the available quantity).

Unless stated otherwise with the offer:

• Promotional prices are temporary and end when the offer period ends or its allocated quantity runs out.
• Discount codes have eligibility rules and may carry an expiry date, a usage limit or a minimum order value.
• Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined with one another unless combining is expressly stated.
• Discounts apply to the product value and not to shipping charges unless stated otherwise.
• If part of an order that benefited from an offer is returned, the refund value is recalculated according to the offer terms and the items you keep (see the Return & Exchange Policy).

We may withdraw or change any offer at any time without affecting orders already confirmed.

Completing checkout and submitting your order is a request to purchase, and an order number is created for it. An order is treated as confirmed and paid once payment confirmation has been received through the payment process, and you will receive a confirmation message.

In limited cases we may decline or cancel an order after contacting you, including where an item is unavailable, payment was not completed, an obvious technical pricing error occurred, fraudulent or abusive use is suspected, or delivery to the address given is not possible. In these cases any amount paid is refunded to the same payment method.

The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Online payments are processed by our approved payment service provider on its secure page, and Livyra Blossom does not store full payment card details.

The amount due is calculated solely by the store from the contents of your order and the offers in force, and is shown to you before payment. See the Payment Policy for details.

Products are subject to stock availability. When you place an order, stock is reserved temporarily until payment is completed; if payment is not completed within the allowed time the reservation may be released.

If an item cannot be supplied after your order is confirmed, we will contact you to choose an alternative or refund the amount paid.

We ship across Saudi Arabia and to selected international destinations. Available destinations and shipping fees are shown at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout; free shipping on orders over SAR 400 applies inside Saudi Arabia, as does any free-shipping offer.

Delivery times are estimates and start from order confirmation. Full details are in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order under the conditions set out in the Return & Exchange Policy, including the restrictions that apply to skincare products for hygiene reasons.

Subject to any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Please follow the directions for use shown on the product or its page, stop using the product if any irritation appears, and consult a professional where needed. You are responsible for checking that a product suits your skin and for reviewing its ingredient list before use.

We may allow you to add a product review after purchase, optionally with a before photo, an after photo, or both. When you submit content you confirm that it is your own and that you have the right to submit it, that it is not unlawful, offensive or misleading, and that it contains no personal information about you or others (such as phone numbers, addresses, or images showing other people without their permission).

All reviews and photos are moderated before publication; publication is not guaranteed, and we may withhold or remove content that does not meet these terms. When approved, the review and any attached photos appear on the product page under the display name you chose, in line with the consent you gave when submitting. That consent does not give Livyra Blossom the right to use your photos in advertising or marketing campaigns outside the site; that requires separate, explicit consent. You may ask for your review to be removed at any time.

The Livyra Blossom name, logo, site design, texts, images and content are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us the right to display it on the site as described in the previous section.

We aim to keep the site available at all times, but it may be paused temporarily for maintenance or for technical reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and will address any fault as quickly as we can.

We rely on trusted service providers to run the store, such as the payment service provider, the warehouse and fulfilment provider, delivery couriers, the accounting and e-invoicing system, and hosting services. Only the information needed to fulfil your order is shared with them, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Subject to any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Livyra Blossom is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from use of products contrary to their directions, or for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived by law.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including those relating to e-commerce and consumer protection. We aim to resolve any concern amicably through customer service in the first instance.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or regulatory requirements. The updated version is published on this page with its last-updated date and applies to orders placed after publication. Updates do not affect orders confirmed before them.
